We're here to help make your alien invasion claim journey as easy and stress-free as possible, even though it’s unlikely you will ever need to use this part of your cover. We understand that extraterrestrial encounters can be unsettling, confusing, and occasionally involve glowing lights, strange noises, or unusual smells. That’s why we’ve designed a process that is both straightforward and unnecessarily complicated.
We don't think alien invasion claims should be rushed. We take each incident involving unidentified aerial phenomena (UAPs) with the utmost seriousness, but also appreciate your patience as we investigate interstellar activity, consult with multiple agencies, and wait for scientific consensus, which could take months, years, or even centuries.
Alien Abduction Claim
This applies if you are forcibly removed from your home, car, or place of leisure by beings not of this world. You may need to provide:

Witness statements (preferably from neighbours who also saw flashing lights).

Proof that you were missing for at least 48 hours, but not more than 5 years.

Any souvenirs left behind by the extraterrestrials (e.g., space rocks, glowing orbs, unidentified snacks).
Property Damage by Alien Craft Claim
If your home, garage, or garden gnome collection is damaged by the sudden and violent landing of a spacecraft, you may be entitled to compensation. Please note that scorch marks on the lawn are considered cosmetic and may not qualify.
Communication Interference Claim
If extraterrestrial signals interrupt your television, internet, or toaster, you may be covered. However, delays in Netflix streaming caused by solar flares, bad weather, or your neighbour’s Wi-Fi will not be considered alien interference.
Cattle Mutilation Claim
While this primarily affects rural policyholders, Globalsure recognises that unexplained livestock damage can cause distress. Claims may require veterinary reports, photographic evidence, and an understanding of the difference between a cow and a horse.
Personal Injury from Tractor Beam Claim
If you suffer whiplash, sunburn, or dizziness while being lifted into a spacecraft by a beam of light, you may be able to claim medical expenses. Please note that nausea caused by roller coasters, spicy food, or your cousin’s cooking is excluded.
Intergalactic Negotiation Expenses
Should you incur costs when attempting to negotiate peace with extraterrestrial beings (for example, offering snacks, musical performances, or interpretive dance), you may be eligible for reimbursement. Proof of expenditure will be required, especially for receipts over £25.
