The theft, loss or damage to baggage, money, clothing, personal effects (excluding golf equipment, winter sports equipment, ski pass, and valuables and other articles which belong to you (or for which you are legally responsible) which are worn, used or carried by you during a trip, excluding any vehicle, caravan or trailer. This form can also be used for passport claims.
